Scott-Reid Solutions Ltd has built a strong reputation in the delivery of training and as an accredited centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) we are offering open and in-house bespoke Leadership and Leadership and Management courses at Level 4 and Level 5.

The unique unit-based qualifications structure gives individuals choice and flexibility to custom-build programmes that meet their exact leadership and management development needs. And because all assessment is practically-based, these key skills and knowledge are transferred directly into the workplace, bringing immediate business benefits.

The ILM Vocationally Related qualifications (VRQs) are part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), providing successful candidates with transferable qualification credits. Level 4 equates to first year degree level and Level 5 equates to second year degree level.

• Level 4 Award in Leadership
• Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management
• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• Level 5 Award in Leadership
• Level 5 Certificate in Leadership
• Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management
• Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

Qualification pathways can be completed either over one, two or three years. The structure of the qualifications entails a minimum number of mandatory units, a minimum number of optional units, tutorial support and assessment.

Funding options

Some companies in the East of England with less than 250 employees may be eligible to access up to 70% off the cost of the programme through the ‘Beyond 2010’ funding initiative.
