Unlike most high street solicitors, we have up-to-date and specialist knowledge of employment law, practical experience of employee contracts, policies and procedures and all the legal requirements with which companies now have to comply. And rather than supplying clients with standardised legal documents in impenetrable legal jargon, we work hand in hand with them to draw up procedures and policies tailored to their needs and in a language which everyone can understand.
